Cancellation policy

1. How to cancel

Email opencourt@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au with your booking details as soon as you know you cannot attend.

2. Notice periods

• More than 48 hours before start time — hire fee is refundable; deposit is released subject to the deposits policy.
• Within 48 hours of start time — hire fee is generally non-refundable. The deposit is still assessed under the deposits policy after the booking window.
• No-show — treated as a late cancellation; hire fee is forfeited.

3. School closures & emergencies

If MAGS cancels your booking (e.g. facility issue, emergency, school requirement), you will be offered a full refund of hire fees paid for that session or a reschedule at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription changes or cancellations are handled case-by-case. Unused included hours do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
