Liability & safety

1. Assumption of risk

Use of the stadium involves inherent risks of injury. By booking and signing the digital waiver, you voluntarily assume those risks for yourself and anyone you allow into the facility under your booking.

2. Release & indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you release Moama Anglican Grammar School, its staff and agents from claims arising from your use of the facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence or conduct that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Your responsibilities

• Inspect the courts before play and report hazards immediately.
• Supervise all minors at all times.
• Use equipment only as intended.
• Do not share your access PIN.
• Leave the venue secure when you finish.

4. First aid & emergencies

In an emergency call 000. Follow any posted site procedures. Inform MAGS of serious incidents as soon as practicable.

5. Waiver at booking

A liability waiver must be signed before each booking is confirmed. The on-screen waiver forms part of your hire agreement.
