Deposits & refunds

1. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit (currently $200) is required on every stadium booking. It is held to cover damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of hire conditions.

2. When the deposit is released

After your session, courts are expected to be left reasonably clean with no damage beyond fair wear and tear. If the inspection is satisfactory, the deposit is marked for release. Processing times depend on the payment method used.

3. Deductions

MAGS may deduct reasonable costs for damage, missing equipment, or additional cleaning. You will be notified of any deduction. Amounts above the deposit may be invoiced.

4. Hire fee refunds

Hire fee refunds follow the cancellation policy. Optional extras already provided are generally non-refundable.

5. Shop orders

Merchandise refunds or exchanges are considered for faulty goods. Change-of-mind returns may be offered at MAGS’s discretion for unused items in original condition.
