Terms of hire

1. Agreement

By completing a booking through Open Court you enter a hire agreement with Moama Anglican Grammar School (“MAGS”, “we”, “us”) for use of the indoor stadium at 43 Kirchhofer St, Moama NSW 2731.

2. Eligibility

Hirers must be 18 years or older. If booking on behalf of a club, school or group, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for all participants.

3. Bookings & access

Bookings are for Court 1, Court 2, or both courts for the selected date and time. Door access is arranged by the school (fob or remote entry) for your booked window only and must not be shared.

4. Fees

Hire is charged at the published rates (currently $55 per hour inc GST per court; $110 per hour inc GST for both courts). Minimum hire is one hour, then 30-minute blocks. Optional extras (e.g. scoreboard) are charged as listed at booking. A refundable security deposit applies to every booking.

5. Conduct

You must follow all stadium rules, supervise minors, leave the courts clean and undamaged, and report hazards. Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted. MAGS may end a session without refund if rules are seriously breached.

6. Damage

You are liable for damage beyond fair wear and tear. Costs may be deducted from your deposit or invoiced separately.

7. Shop orders

Merchandise orders are for collection from the stadium unless otherwise agreed. Payment and fulfilment processes will be confirmed by email.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
