1. Assumption of risk. I understand that use of the stadium involves inherent risks including injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release & indemnity. I release Moama Anglican Grammar School, its staff and agents from claims arising from my use of the facilities, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence.
3. Conduct. I will follow all stadium rules, supervise any minors, and leave the courts clean and undamaged.
4. Condition of premises. I will inspect the courts before use, report hazards, and am liable for damage beyond fair wear and tear.
5. Access. Door access is arranged by the school (fob or remote entry) for my booked window only and must not be shared.

We’ll arrange door access (fob or remote entry) before your session. Deposit is refundable after a clean inspection.
